[MUSIC] Angular directives require a slightly different approach to unit testing than other Angular components like services or controllers. There are certain things we need to do, such as initialize any modules our app uses and create dummy mark up for the directive to be bound to. Hi, folks I'm Dan Wellman. Welcome to Testing Angular Directives. In this course, we're going to learn how to add unit tests for an Angular directive using primarily Jasmine and Comma. We'll be adding some unit tests for an existing simple example JavaScript app and we'll be using Grunt and Comma among other things. So let's make a start at testing.
