2.4 Functional Tests
In this lesson, we take a look at functional tests and see that as opposed to unit tests which test the smallest individual unit of an application, like a function or method, a functional test is where entire features are tested. We feed input in to the application and then analyse the output. We look at the different steps involved in creating and running a functional test manually.
