Hello and welcome to Fun with the Web Audio API. Another wave audio course from tuts+ and me, Stuart Memo. In this course, we'll be building something you don't usually see in a web browser, a synthesizer. Yep, we'll be making a little musical keyboard and building up the sound it makes using oscillators with the Web Audio API. You don't need to know too much about sound or synthesizers for this course. I'll be taking you through the process step by step. We'll also look at analyzing sound and visualizing the audio information on screen by drawing on a canvas. So, lots to look forward to. [MUSIC] As we build the synthesiser, you can either follow along, pausing the video whenever you like to write the code that's on the screen. Or you can simply take in the course and download the code from GitHub and look at it in your leisure. Let's get started.
